Caractéristiques

• Cépages: Syrah(50%) Mourvèdre (20%) Grenache Noir (30%)
• Récolte: Sourced from 10 to 40 year old vines depending on the variety, the grapes are hand picked then sorted if necessary. The harvest is destemmed then put into tanks.
• Yields: 30 - 40 hl/ha
• Vinification: Traditional winemaking with regular punching down of the cap during the fermentation. 25 to 30 day maceration depending on the variety.
• Elevage: 12 month ageing for the Syrah; Grenache and mouvèdre are blended then aged in barrels.
• Analyse: Alcohol: 14 % Total Acidity: 3.4 g/l
• Dégustation: Attractive bright colour, intense nose evoking ripe red berries, currants, developing spicy garrigue notes on the palate.
• Conditionnement: Boxes of 6 Burgundy bottles, 75 cl.
• Production: 15000 bottles.
